Data we collect

  • Message content, session preferences, and preferred start weeks
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Payment references supplied by you for bank transfers (we do not store full card numbers on this site)

Purposes

We use data to respond to enquiries, confirm seats, deliver session materials, improve the clarity of practice pages, and meet legal accounting duties.

Depending on context: performance of a contract (bookings), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing the site), consent (non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax records).

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booking are kept up to 18 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for up to 7 years. Analytics data aggregated under consented cookies is retained according to the tool settings described on the cookies page.

Sharing

We use processors for email delivery, hosting, and (if you accept analytics cookies) measurement. We do not sell personal data. Authorities may receive data when required by law.

International transfers
