Acceptance

By accessing code-factory.digital or booking a session with Code Factory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase training seats.

Services described

Code Factory provides technical analysis training and breakout confirmation practice through intensives, chart reviews, and practice labs. Content on this site is informational. Pricing pages do not create a binding purchase until we confirm a booking in writing and receive the stated deposit or fee.

No investment advice

Training discusses chart mechanics and confirmation rules. Nothing on the site or in sessions constitutes investment advice, brokerage services, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, rule cards, annotated examples, and site copy belong to Code Factory or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study when provided as part of a paid session. Redistribution, resale, or classroom reuse outside Code Factory programmes requires written permission.

Bookings and conduct

Seats are confirmed only after we reply to your request and payment terms are met. Studio attendees must follow building rules and treat other traders respectfully during timed drills. We may remove a participant who disrupts sessions, with refund treatment governed by the refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Factory is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in training. Our aggregate liability for a booked session is limited to fees you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom). Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version posted on this page applies from the date of publication. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
